Just you
One-on-one
A session built around your body and your goals, at your pace. Good if you're brand new and want a softer landing than a group class, coming back from an injury, or working on something specific.
Two to four people
Semi-private
Bring a partner, a friend, or your family. Small enough that everyone still gets hands-on attention, and usually the better value per person than booking separately.
Bachelorettes, reunions, birthdays
Celebrations
A private class for your group, on the beach, in the park, or at your rental. A low-key way to get everyone together in the morning before the day gets away from you.

Mat pilates for small corporate groups, team retreats, and wellness days on the island. All equipment provided, no one needs prior experience.
We come to you
Beach, park, your rental, or your yard. If you don't have a spot in mind, we'll suggest one that works for your group size.
Everything provided
Mats and equipment come with us. Nobody needs to pack anything or have done pilates before.
All levels together
Sessions are built for mixed experience, so a first-timer and a regular can be in the same class without either being bored or lost.
Simple pricing
One-on-one
$150per session
Just you and the instructor.
$37.50 deposit holds your date
Private group
$360per session
One flat rate for any group, from two friends to the whole party.
$90 deposit holds your date
Booking and payment
- A 25% deposit holds your date.
- The balance is due on the day of your session.
- Reschedule free outside 48 hours. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
Payment is by card through a secure Stripe link, sent once your date is confirmed. Bank transfer is available for group bookings, and Venmo or cash work in person. No account or app needed.
